Victory Global Solutions, Inc. is a subcontractor on the Air Force NETCENTS-2 Applications Contract Vehicleto DXC.technology
The NETCENTS-2 Application Services contract provides a vehicle for U.S. Air Force (USAF) and approved* Department of Defense agency customers to access a wide range of services such as sustainment, migration, integration, training, help desk support, testing and operational support. Other services include, but are not limited to, exposing data from Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) to support web-services or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) constructs in USAF enterprise environments.
The goal of the overall NETCENTS-2 program is to support USAF missions that require voice, data and video communications, information services, solutions and products to deliver the right information, in the right format, to the right place, at the right time—efficient in peace, effective in war and ensuring success across the spectrum of operations.
NETCENTS-2 consists of various related IDIQ contracts. The Application Services IDIQ contract was established to provide services to sustain, migrate, integrate, re-engineer and expose USAF Mission Applications for secure access by authorized users, by establishing web- and net-centric services, to include help desk, testing and operational support, in legacy and net-centric enterprise environments.
Use of the Applications Services contract may be available to DoD and other federal agencies when any of the following criteria exists:
- Work is related to requirements for interoperability with Air Force capabilities;
- Work supports USAF IT infrastructure, applications or operations;
- Work supports host-tenant arrangements involving USAF units, or;
- Work supports joint operations or solutions.
The U.S. Air Force reserves the right to restrict contract use and/or disallow DoD and other federal agencies from using this contract.
